Duties of Position

Assist with clerical work and department projects, greet faculty/visitors to the department, answer telephone and provide information as appropriate, support programs and events sponsored by the department and attend as needed, assist staff with educational technology tools, compile survey data, assist with the creation of content for newsletters and website, support faculty and staff to make classrooms more inclusive, complete other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience Requirements

Students must have computer and technical experience with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to complete a broad range of responsibilities/projects with little oversight

Schedule Information

Will determine schedule based on student's availability.  Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

   Sunday

 

   Monday

8:00am-4:30pm

   Tuesday

8:00am-4:30pm

   Wednesday

8:00am-4:30pm

   Thursday

8:00am-4:30pm

   Friday

8:00am-4:30pm

   Saturday
