Schedule Information: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Hours per Week: 20 hours, with flexibility in schedule and amount of hours. During peak times, employees may need to work over 20 hours per week. 

Benefits: N/A

Work Conditions: Office setting, primarily indoor and sedentary in nature. May be required to ride a bike or travel outdoors to help promote the Bike Share Program. Interaction with the public is required. 

Duties of Position: Harper Wellness designs and implements a variety of wellness programs and events for both students and employees in order to enhance the overall well-being and vitality of the entire campus. Under direct supervision and guidance from the Wellness Manager, the Bike Share and Wellness Program Coordinator will:   

Lead the coordination and leadership of the Bike Share Partnership by supporting and managing tasks and projects with Campus partners and stakeholders.  

Identify and foster strategies that make bike sharing a relevant tool to improve the lives of Campus and community members. 

Manage relationships with various campus and community stakeholders and communicate successes and challenges in a timely and responsible manner. 

Produce and present program reports for a wide range of partners and stakeholders. 

Design marketing materials for Bike Share Program and other wellness programs, including but not limited to, posters, social media posts, email, bulletin boards, flyers, interactive activities, and other wellness marketing materials.  

Provide support with various aspects of wellness and Bike Share Program event programming including the planning, logistics, implementation, and assessment.  

Schedule and deliver educational tabling events for Bike Share Program and other wellness events, which requires comfort with talking one-on-one and in group settings.  

Help develop strategies for increasing awareness and participation in Bike Share Program by engaging campus and community stakeholders  

Educational Requirements: Two years of post-secondary education required. Basic computer skills training. 

Experience Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft Office required. Marketing, communications and design background, including Canva, is a plus, but not required.
