Duties of Position: This position will assist with office filing and other office assigned tasks, answering phones and provide customer service for any onsite client. They must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Responsible for assisting with electronically adding events in the department scheduling software program as well as helping to maintain electronic filing system. 

Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer).

Experience Requirements: Customer Service experience preferred

Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability.  Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

Sunday

 

Monday

9am-4:30pm

Tuesday

9am-4:30pm

Wednesday

9am-4:30pm

Thursday

9am-4:30pm

Friday

9am-4:30pm

Saturday

 

Maximum hours per week: 20
