Duties of Position: 

• Assisting with the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs.
• Researching best practices at other colleges.
• Supporting programs sponsored by the department.
• Representing the department during informational/outreach/committee meetings.
• Distributing general information about the office and its programs and services.
• Compiling/analyzing data.
• Covering the reception desk at the Cultural Center.
• Managing a range of office projects.
• Completing other duties as assigned by Manager of the Cultural Center or Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience Requirements: Student employees must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, cultural awareness and sensitivity and the ability to complete abroad range of responsibilities/projects. Students should also have initiative and be comfortable with social media/technology use. 

Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability.  Must have some availability to work during the following hours:
