Schedule Information: Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends.

Hours per Week: 18 hours

Work Conditions: Work is primarily indoors and requires moderate lifting, standing and walking throughout venue.

Duties of Position: Assists with venue event coordination and demonstrates quality customer service to all clients. This position involves a high volume of data input and office organization. Supports full-time Wojcik Conference Center Supervisor and staff.

Educational Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree and/or specialized certification or training in event planning preferred.

Experience Requirements: Experience working in an office environment as well as both in-person and virtual customer service. Must be strong in organization skills and detail oriented. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and demonstrates ability to learn new event software programs.
