Schedule Information: Hours could be subject to change, due to Covid19 restrictions.  Will determine schedule based on student's availability.  Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

Sunday

 

Monday


6:45 am - 10:30 pm

Tuesday


6:45 am - 10:30 pm

Wednesday


8:00 am - 7:30 pm

Thursday


8:00 am - 7:30 pm

Friday


8:00 am - 7:30 pm

Saturday


8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Maximum hours per week: 18

Duties of Position:

Manage the front desk during scheduled work times in the Y203 Computer Lab.

Assist students and authorized personnel with questions and problems. 

Report all hardware and software problems to the service desk. 

Enforce lab rules and maintain study zone environment.

Open/close computer labs as scheduled.

Education Requirements:  In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience Requirements:  Ability to work independently, problem solve, friendly helpful and flexibility on work hours.  Customer services experience helpful, and basic working knowledge of computers.
