Schedule Information: The InZone Junior Explorers program is a 9-week camp offered June 14-August 13. The 2021 program is presented in one-week sessions that meet mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday. Scheduling will be determined based on staffing needs. Scheduling is flexible with morning and afternoon options available.

Staff trainings before the program begins are required.

Hours per Week: To be determined based on schedule assignment.

Duties of Position:  Be able to present the material in an interesting and engaging manner as the students work toward the desired outcomes of the class. Instructors must have a solid knowledge base in a variety of subjects, skilled at curriculum creation and have a strong classroom management skill set. Position requires an outline for each assigned class stating the day-to-day activities for the students. Classes available cover a variety of subjects including arts, science and technology.

This position will adhere to covid-19 procedures established by Harper College and the InZone program.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or expertise in the area of assignment.

Experience Requirements: Previous teaching experience preferred.
