Answers telephone calls and emails. Schedules appointments/meetings for the staff and maintains the student appointments in AIM software.
Generates check requisitions, purchase orders, budget transfers, petty cash reimbursements, deposits, and transaction adjustments.
Monitors restricted account balances and maintains in internal spreadsheet of restricted account expenditures.
Tracks payroll hours on internal documents for departmental reporting purposes.
Purchases non-copy paper supplies and authorizes print orders through the Print Shop.
Prepares Oracle reports for ADS budget managers.
Submits requests for service or repair to the Facilities Department. Makes note and submits requests for campus physical accessibility features that need repair.
Prepares and submits student aide job postings. Provides administrative coordination for interviews and communication with candidates.
Creates and submits Custom Request for ADS staff requiring interpreter services.
Assists with the approval of Accommodation Request Notification Letters.
Submits ADA accessible desk requests in collaboration with the Operations Services.
Supports Accommodations Assistant as proctor, reader or scribe for students requiring such accommodations.
Serves as a back-up to provide approved testing accommodations to students in the absence of the Accommodations Assistant.
Makes copies, sends/picks up faxes and opens, sorts and distributes mail.
Serves as a back-up for the reception desk.
Performs related duties as assigned.
