Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability.  Must have some availability to work during the following hours:




 8 am – 4:30 pm


 8 am – 4:30 pm


 8 am – 4:30 pm


 8 am – 4:30 pm


 8 am – 4:30 pm



Maximum hours per week: 10

Duties of PositionWork is primarily indoors, but involves outdoor deliveries and exposure to inclement weather. Extensive walking and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. 

Pick-up and delivery of materials

Shrink-wrap/box and prepare materials for delivery

Operate bindery equipment to complete printed materials.

Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries.

Check in/out printing requests

Open/Adjust/Create documents for print

Education Requirements:  In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience RequirementsBasic Computer Skills. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. Training can be provided.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, detail oriented and have good customer service and communication skills.
