Schedule Information: Monday-Thursday: 4:00 pm-8:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am-12:00 pm (October - January)

Work Conditions: Work is primarily indoor and sedentary in nature.

Duties of Position: 

To respond to the immediate needs of all whom contact the Assessment Center, whether they are in person or by telephone. Responsible for performing the clerical/reception duties during the busiest office hours.

Answers telephones, responds to emails, and checks identification, takes and distributes messages.

Distributes appropriate tests.

Ensures security, readability and filing of tests, and security of department’s computers.

Proctors test takers to maintain security.

Assists in administering computer based tests.

Monitors office supplies and maintains decorum of testing rooms.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:  High school graduate or equivalent. Basic computer skills training.

Experience Requirements: One to two years general office experience. Experience working with public and familiarity with computers.
