Summer Semester Schedule Information: Monday - Thursday 11:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. & Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30p.m.
Hours Per Week: 37.5

Duties of Position:
Directs the day to day activities of the Center in the absence of the Testing Center Manager, acting as the working lead of other staff members during the evening and Saturday hours.
Responsible for the monitoring of all vocational/career tests (tracking, scoring and inventorying supplies).
Administers computer based testing and is responsible for the evening lab operations.
Responsible for the evening operation/maintenance of computers and the security of the office, tests and records.
Assists with the tabulation of department statistics such as types of student contacts, and test activity
Administers assessment tests to all walk-in students and is responsible for interpreting the College Assessment Policy as it applies to each student.
Acts as the point person in communicating with faculty on needed follow-up regarding activities that take place during evening and Saturday hours.
Responsible for maintaining detailed Minutes from Testing Center office meetings and also acts as the Administrative liaison for the bi-weekly Testing & Placement Shared Governance Committee.
Reviews the Testing Center’s electronic group drive to assure that personal information stored meets all of the IT’s standards.
Educational Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, some college desirable. . Basic computer skills training.
Experience Requirements: General Office and supervisory experience and experience working with the public. Previous experience with a management information system preferred
