Schedule Information: Flexible schedule to include hours during regular box office hours of operation as well as during events scheduled Weeknights and Weekends.

Hours Per Week: 10-20 - Depending on Event Schedule

Work Conditions: Work is primarily indoors and sedentary in nature.  Some walking/standing during events.  Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.

Duties of Position: This position supports the Event Operations Manager in all aspects of managing events and afternoon/evening hours for ID Card Center, Box Office and front-of-house operations during events.  This includes selling tickets and producing Harper College ID Cards.  Supervises student aides during hours of operation as well as during performances/events.  Responsible for reconciling cash and credit receipts from sales.  Provides strong customer support over the phone and in person.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required.  Some college coursework completed preferred.

Experience Requirements: One to two years of management/supervisory experience.  Theatre/Event Management/Crowd Control experience. Retail/Customer Service experience.
